  • AI-powered discovery

Start simple. Go deep when you want to.

Some collectors just want a clean way to know what they own and what they want next. Others want condition notes, pressing details, variants, and runout data. DeepGrooves supports both — without making the simple stuff feel complicated.

Know what you own

Keep your records, wishlist, favorites, and folders organized in one visual collection. Works for 25 records or 2,500.

Decide what to play next

Use filters, stats, folders, and DeeJay — your collection-aware AI — to rediscover albums you already own.

Avoid buying duplicates

Check your collection and wishlist before grabbing another copy. At the record store or online.

Add details when they matter

Track condition, notes, labels, formats, pressing variants, and dead wax information when you want that level of control.

Your Collection. Your Wishlist. Your Favorites.

Your records, wishlist, and favorites — all in one place.

Your Collection is every record you own. Browse, search, group, filter, and sort. Add condition grades and notes when you want them — or just keep the catalog clean and browsable.

Your Wishlist tracks what you're still hunting for. Add records from any search result and check them off when you find them. Your Favorites are the ones you love most — always one tap away.

One place. Everything organized the way you actually think about your records.

Every Album. Full Detail.

Grading, pressing info, market value, and track previews — all on one page.

Every record has its own detail page. Log your condition grade and notes. See the full tracklist with 30-second playable previews — hit play on any track, or run through the full album in sequence.

DeepGrooves pulls live low, median, and high sale prices for every pressing you own. Condition grades factor into the estimate. See what your copy is actually worth without opening another tab.

You're at the Record Store. You See Something You Want.

Point your camera at the barcode. Done.

DeepGrooves tells you if you already own it. If you don't, add it to your collection or wishlist with a single tap. No more buying the same pressing twice.

What to Play? Meet Next.

Smart pick learns what you listen to. Random pick keeps it interesting.

Next tracks every spin you log and builds a listening profile from your play history. Hit Smart and it uses that profile — your top genres, artists, and styles — to suggest something you'll actually want to hear. Hit Random and it just picks one.

Set a mood filter to narrow things down. Blacklist albums you never want suggested. Watch your listening streak, coverage percentage, and session stats build over time.

Find Any Record in Seconds.

Your physical shelves, mapped down to the bin. Every room, rack, row, and slot.

The Vault is a digital map of your actual storage. Define your rooms, name your racks, number your rows and bins. Every album gets a precise shelf location assigned to it.

Search from any device and DeepGrooves tells you exactly where to look. You're at home, you want that pressing — Vault tells you: Rack 3, Row 2, Bin 7.

Organize the Way You Think.

Your collection doesn't move. Your view of it does.

Folders are custom groupings layered on top of your collection — color-coded and nestable as deep as you want. Drag albums in. Organize by era, mood, current obsession, or whatever project you're working on.

Create as many as you need. Albums can live in multiple folders at once. Nothing gets moved — just a new lens on what you already own.

Share Your Collection Without Handing Over the Keys.

Create read-only links, visual collection images, and Now Spinning posts from the records you already track.

Generate a private share link from DeepGrooves and send it to a friend, buyer, collector group, insurance agent, or anyone else who needs to see part of your collection. They get a clean, read-only view. You stay in control.

Share your full collection, a single artist, a folder, a genre, today's plays, the last 7 days, or this month's listening. No login required for the viewer. No editing. No access to your account.

When you want something more visual, DeepGrooves can generate square share images from album art or create a branded Now Spinning image when you log a play.

You choose what to share. They only see what you allow.

Ask DeeJay.

Your collection has answers. DeeJay finds them.

DeeJay is an AI assistant that knows your entire collection. Ask it anything: "What jazz records do I have from the 1960s?" "Which of my albums are worth the most?" "What did I buy last month?"

It can also recommend what to play, compare pressings, and surface records you forgot you owned. All from a chat interface, no menus required.

I want something funky from the 70s. What should I play?

You've got some great options. A few picks based on what you tend to reach for:

  • Parliament — Mothership Connection (1975) — peak funk, high play count for you
  • Sly & the Family Stone — There's a Riot Goin' On (1971) — darker edge, you haven't played it in a while
  • James Brown — The Payback (1973) — long one, great for a full side

Want me to narrow it down by mood or energy level?

Which of my pressings are most valuable right now?

Your top 5 by current market value:

  1. Pink Floyd — Animals (UK original, EX/EX) — $187.00
  2. Led Zeppelin — IV (Atlantic, VG+/VG+) — $142.50
  3. Steely Dan — Aja (ABC, still sealed) — $118.00
  4. Miles Davis — Kind of Blue (6-eye, VG+) — $104.00
  5. The Police — Zenyatta Mondatta (A&M, NM) — $89.00

Go Deeper With Dead Wax and Matrix Details.

For collectors who want to document the exact copy on their shelf, not just the release.

Type the etchings from the runout groove and DeepGrooves stores them against that specific pressing. When the catalog has matching data, it identifies your pressing variant and surfaces any associated mastering details.

This level of detail is entirely optional — it's there when you want it, out of the way when you don't.

Getting Your Collection In Is Easy.

Discogs, Excel, CSV — bring it in however you have it.

Connect your Discogs account and DeepGrooves imports your full collection automatically — release data, artwork, condition grades, and all. Duplicates are detected. You review and confirm before anything is added.

Have a spreadsheet? Import from Excel or CSV. Map your columns to DeepGrooves fields, preview the results, and bring in your existing data without starting from scratch.
